Davinci. Just that one word. Let me just say…
I was blown away.
From the moment you open up the box, Davinci products just wow. I was sent the Davinci IQ and the Davinci Miqro. We will start with reviewing the Davinci IQ portable vaporizer.
Davinci IQ Review
It comes in three colors, gunmetal, stealth and blue. I was sent the blue and it’s an amazing, shiny ice blue constructed from anodized aluminum. Just stunning. Davinci IQ is small, slick and fits well into the hand. It’s not bulky or heavy, even with a single 18650 battery inside. Although it’s not quite as small as the Miqro, it is still and extremely portable device. It’s got an excellent design.
Now, why do I like the Davinci IQ?
It’s fun to use, it’s got 51 integrated LED lights and a vibration feature to help you get your settings right. And, if you don’t want lights, or are trying to be more discreet, Davinci IQ has stealth mode.
Awesomeness.
And when I mean get your settings right, I mean you can fine-tune the Davinci IQ. With a temperature range from 250 to 430 degrees, you can get the Davinci IQ set right at where ever you need for which ever dry herb you are using. If you are new to dry herb vaporizers, I suggest an internet search and a little bit of research, followed by trial and error to find your desired temperature range. Unlike cheaper units, the IQ performs really well at higher temperatures.
Davinci boasts a “elevated purity levels for flavor” with the built-in mouthpiece. Going on to describe a “100% ceramic zirconia air path and only the highest quality materials, the mouthpiece allows the user to draw out the purest flavor you’ll ever taste from a vaporizer.” Now that may sound like a bunch of fancy words to you, but I will tell you, the flavor from the Davinci IQ is pure. It really hits the mark. The air path is also way easier to clean when compared to similar devices.
Davinci IQ also offers three modes, to really personalize the dry herb vaporizer experience: Smart Path, Precision and Boost modes. Dry herb vaporizers often don’t offer many personalization features beyond temperature control, but the Davinci IQ can be tailored right to your needs.
Now most dry herb vaporizers have built in rechargeable batteries. The Davinci IQ offers a removable and replaceable battery, which you can change as needed. You can also keep a charged back up, so you are never without a spare battery when you need it.
Again, excellent design. And to top it all off?
There’s a smartphone app to really make Davinci IQ your own. With Bluetooth integrated app you do monitor and control your Davinci IQ and even use the app to turn it on and off. Seriously, how cool is that?
Now, let’s talk price. Davinci IQ sells for $274.99. Did you just gulp? I did when I saw that, but you get everything and then some with Davinci IQ (minus your dry herb of course). You get your charging cable, a chimney brush, a keychain tool, a carry can, a 10 mm adapter and even alcohol wipes to keep it clean.
Seriously, I’ve tried several dry herb vaporizers and I was majorly impressed with Davinci IQ. It wows you before you even take it out of the box and the experience just gets better. This might be the best portable vape out there.
Davinci Miqro Review
Alright, let’s talk about Davinci Miqro. Again, freaking wow. Right out of the box.
Davinci Miqro comes in five colors: Onyx, Graphite, Cobalt, Rust and Amethyst. I was sent the Amethyst. I’m very partial to purple and Davinci Miqro is Amethyst is just amazing. It’s a bold, shiny purple and I was sold as soon as I opened the box. Just wow.
Now, the Davinci Miqro is a little guy that packs a punch. Little, as in you can wrap your whole hand around it, which is great if you want something small. Davinci Miqro also has a removable 18650 battery, so you can stay charged at all times and as a user, you have to love that. Nothing like sitting down with your vape or dry herb vaporizer and finding your battery dead.
Davinci Miqro also offers a pure flavor and has an all ceramic airflow.
I think I fell in love.
Davinci Miqro also offers three modes, Smart Path mode has four heating settings, precision mode to heat it to a specific temperature between 350 and 430 degrees and boost mode which heats to the max temperature. Best part? Davinci Miqro heats to the desired temperature in 39 seconds.

Davinci Miqro has an awesome little design.
Let’s talk price. The Davinci Miqro sells for $199.99. I admit, I gulped at that one too. But, let me tell you what you’re getting: In addition to the best small size vaporizer out there; you’re also getting a USB charging cable, an extended mouthpiece, a grinder coil, an extra-large carrying can, a carrying case, an accessory kit and a Mirqo glove. Talk about everything you need! Oh, an just an added little thing that I enjoy as a consumer, the carrying cans that come with both the Davinci Miqro and the Davinci IQ match the device in color and shine.
Davinci IQ vs. Davinci Miqro
Now, let me tell you a little about both the Davinci IQ and the Davinci Miqro.
They both have the Pearl. It’s a zirconium insulated spacer, which is adjustable, so you can get just the right amount of airflow through the dry herb vaporizer. On top of that, both the Davinci IQ and Davinci Miqro have a removable section, so you can really get into it and get it cleaned. Amazingly awesome design. The build quality on both of these units is absolutely incredible.
I was seriously impressed with Davinci and both the design of the IQ and the Miqro. Both measure up and while pricey, I think both are worth the bucks. I admit I’m cheap by nature and don’t like to drop more than necessary, but Davinci really makes it worth it.
