Vapescore is a new website that grades 52 different cities across the country on their vaping regulations, using the easy to understand elementary school method of A through F.
The study was sponsored by R Street, a research organization that promotes free markets and limited government.
It won’t be a surprise to anyone who reads this blog to know that every single city in California received a big fat F. My own hometown of Las Vegas received a respectable B.
